In short: Volley Arc does not collect any data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. Everything you create in the app stays on your device.
This policy explains how the Volley Arc app for iPhone and iPad ("the app", "we", "us") handles information. It applies to the app only. Volley Arc is a soccer volley skills trainer and reference that works fully offline.
We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal or non-personal information. Specifically, the app does not:
To work, the app saves the following locally on your device using Apple's Core Data and UserDefaults. This information never leaves your device through the app and we have no access to it:
Form Journal photos are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. They are not added to your photo library or uploaded anywhere. If your device backs up to iCloud or a computer, the app's local data may be included in that backup under Apple's terms; this is handled by Apple, not by us.

Every permission is optional. You can change them at any time in the iOS Settings app. Declining a permission only disables the related feature.
The app itself makes no network requests. Your device connects to the internet only when you choose to open a web page from the app, such as this policy, the support page or the IFAB Laws of the Game website. These pages open in an in-app browser. External websites like the IFAB site are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies.
Volley Arc does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). Because no data is collected, no data about children is collected. Parents should supervise younger players, especially when practising aerial and overhead techniques.
Because we hold no data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. You control all data stored on your device:
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. We do not hold any personal data, so there is nothing for us to provide or delete. You can manage everything directly on your device as described above.
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future version of the app ever changed how data is handled, we would update this policy before releasing it.
